What headlamp bulbs and upgraded loom question.

Looking at replacing my headlamp bulbs and was wondering if there is any recommendations from you guys? :dontknow:
Whats the maximium wattage the reflectors can handle etc.
Also has any one got a pic or link to the healamp loom upgrade?

Have a look on the Matey-Matey site. There is a wiring diagram for the upgraded loom on there and I think there may be a 'how to' as well. Sorry, not sure how to put a link in
