what distributor?

right i have a polo gt engine, got it back to mine and found the connector on the side of the dizzy wernt there and the dizzy cap all smashd up, try'd stripping the dizzy but it looks foooook'd to be honest, im putting the engine in on sat, but i need a dizzy and cap, anyoneknow which one fits? do i have to go and get one of a polo gt or do other cars have them on?

please get bvack to me asap as i need to get oneb4 sat, thanks for the help,

Do not use a Polo GT dizzy as it has no advance curve.  Fit one from a very late model Mk2 Golf 1.3 or Mk2 Polo (the square back shape) circa 1987 to 1990 ish.
