water temparature not working on the mfa or the needle???

does anyone know why on my mfa my temperture doesnt work nor does it on the needle?? doesnt overheat fan works fine… no fuses blown and power is getting where it should??? any ideas would be great

as i had the dash out today and nothing unplugeed all seems to be good there???????

something small but so blinking annoying

there is a temperature sender/sensor on the top of the block
on the 1.7 its on the flange where the water exits the head/block junction

there is one connector on it, the wire slips over it…sometimes slips off!

about $30usd for a replacement…like 2 euros I think…

yeah if its the one im thinking of we have tested it cleaned and put it back on and guess what no difference… we r baffled???   :dontknow:  :?

does the coolant warnign light flash with the ignition? check the brown/white wire to the head

yes it does flash? i also connected the two wires for the water temp sensor and the dial didnt change??
