Water in headlight can it be drained???

Hi guys as you can see one of my headlights has water in it.  is there anyway i can drain the water out or will it be a new unit jobby? if so anyone got one 2nd hand or just best to buy a brand new one?

Will need to remove the light so you can tip it the right way to drain it out the back where the bulb goes in. Once you have it out or while getting it out have a look for possible areas that would let water in and reseal. Normally around the seal between the lense and the unit.
