Hi,

I got an ongoing problem, I had pictures posted in this forum but for some strange reason the moderators have decided to take my posts down. I just need a picture of the back of the headlight switch on a Mk1 golf. The wire for my side lights has come out and I dont know what hole it goes back into. Can anyone help me out by posting a pic or giving any sort of info as to where the side light wire goes?

do you have a haynes manual im sure this would give you an idea

has the wire come out of the plug if so can you not see where it has been sitting ??? ie strands of wire still in there

picture of the multiplug below, if you let me know the wire coulours can perhaps get at the right angle you require. Quite tight to dash so I cant take a picture looking back at the plug, just side on.

Back of the switch will have 58L (left) and 58R (...right!) for the parking lights!
