Temp and oil gauge problem

Right when i put ignition on (not start car) my oil lights flashes as well as my temperature light, also while my needle shoots off the guage… think theres something wrong, maybe where there earthed?

Can anyone help as this will get seriously annoying when im driving it again :/

Could be a sender fault ? Try removing the sender wires to test .

I had this, it was the wire to the sender shorting on the block where the insulation had split

Yeah, i may be doing electronics in college, but its something i dont fancy doing, as simple as it seems, so ill just get the garage to do it, when it gets fully serviced, and gear selector sorted

Thanks for the replies, but when i unplug the senders from below the dizzy it all stops thoery at senders i take it?
