Sounds like the earth strap from the battery perhaps?

If it still plays up try cleaning the contacts of the plugs and sockets in the rear of the relay/fuse panel above the passenger footwell. I had a problem where the horn wouldn't work if the lights were on and the rear lights sometimes went with the dash lights, also the car cut out occasionally but would re-start immediately. I cleaned all of the pins and sockets and its been fine now for 3 years.

hi,

my question is if the fuel pump is damaged it could send the positive in all system and explains why nothing work, is that possible??

na , it would blow the fuse

have you tried the earth from battery to the body , you could quickly test this by using a heavy duty jump lead between the neg on the battery & the body work & then try maybe try a lead  onto the engine from the neg of the battery

Make sure the battery is fully charged too, if your earth is faulty it'll impact on the battery charging.
