Starting problems - Seems like electrics

I have a problem, when starting my car it is winding over but wont start?

seems like a simple problem but really stumped, battery is good, tried jumping as well to make sure, spark plugs were done a short while ago, battery light stays on while starting though and is a very slight flicker? not sure if connected or just dodgy connection

Need help, sorry if asked before, couldn't find anything and unsure what to do

What engine is it?  Injection or carb?

Take a plug out and check for a spark. If there is one, check for fuel.

If there is no spark at the plug, or the kinglead, check all the connections to the coil and to the ign.

check if fuel pump has 12 v if not run a cable  from the battery straight to pump and that will tell you if its the pump
