Does it work fine with the standard lights or bulbs installed?

Yeah it was, i replaced to xenon and they were working fine so i left the car under the cover for another day, few days later when i tried again they wern't working.

Worth checking the fuses then - there's a FAQ with the fuse numbers to check. Or it could be dodgy connections at the headlight.

if its a rivage you have the dim/dip circuit on the headlights, you have bypassed this havent you?

Nope. All i have done is replace the old socket into this magical box then converts the new bulbs to xenon.

Have you asked the manufacturer or people you bought it from for advice? Also, do they have an E marking on them? Basically, if its not E marked or whatever, its not legal to fit onto your car, and non-legal stuff tends to be ultra cheap rubbish that doesn't work half the time anyway. But then I don't know if you've bought a genuinely good headlamp upgrade etc.
Any pics of the kit? Or a link to its advert?

This is the one i bought 6000k also. I thought it may have been more of a car issue then the lights playing up if you get me so i thought i'd ask the knowledgable pleople on here first. Didn't get a chance to check fuse last night.

Really. Are these rubbish?
It's to late to get my money back, i've left the golf under the cover for a while and now getting it ready for the summer. Lights have been on for a while.
