Passat Motronic Engine harnes in Caddy fuse box ??

Hi so i?m going for a 2.0l 16v (9a) engine in my MK1 caddy…

But i got some problems, i dont have a clue how to wire the Motor harnes in to my Caddy fusebox.

So i listed the wires from the passat motor harnes and the Caddy motor harnes

Then i just removed those that hade the same coulor and same funktion and ended upp whit this…

Passat GT uses KE-Jetronic, not Motronic. Best bet is to use K-Jet from a Golf Mk2 16V and use the existing Mk1 Golf wiring to connect the WUR, 5th injector and TTS; and the Golf Mk2 16V ignition ECU. The TCIs are the same. I personally retained the AAV but many people (who start from a Golf 16V engine) wire up the ISV and its control unit, it makes sense since the pipework is neater this way (and its technically a bit better).

Its always possible to fit and wire up the Passat's Ke-Jet, though. You'd need to incorporate a lambda probe into your manifold.
