Oil buzzer problem solved!

Well, the buzzing has stopped… ( without rapping my knuckles on the dash, or taking apart the dash assembly )…

Having looked under bonnet, I saw what looked like a new "high pressure sensor" so I assumed previous owner had swapped it… So I didn't bother fitting newly purchased one! … Looked at 3 VDO gauges in centre console, someone had assumed unplugging gauges would kill the buzzer…  … After looking at the wires, and reconnecting, I still had that buzzing feeling…  

Finally decided to put new sensor in, being as It was just sitting there, and guess what!!!! …. No buzzing, no flashing light, just silence…

Having read all the "buzzer" threads on here, I would like to praise you all on your info…

And I will finally add…. Always always always change "high pressure" sensor first… It could save you 2 days of frustration…
