no rear light but

I have at last replaced the crystal rear light clusters with the original ones on my 89 cabby and now have brake lights, indicators and reverse but no tails, also the front sides only come on when the ignition is switched on. The 'park' lights on each side also don't work obviously, I have checked the fuses. It was all working ok before, have to get it done urgently or be home before dark! Ideas?

put the olds ones back in,

Thanks but it looks so much better with originals (I've had since I bought it three years ago) and I can sell the crystal rears now along with other non standard bits, grill etc. Just need help in tracing the problem.

it sounds like you have wirng issues m8 that i or most folks couldnt sort out over the web,i get your fustration but shove your crystel ones back in and have a better look when you have more time and a wiring diagram to hand,sorry  i couldnt be more help you waited this long so a few more days wont make much differance

if you want i will post the wire combination if  that will help out the back of mine, or tell you what the haynes says and see if it matchs yours!!! :dontknow:
