No 63 relay

Hey everyone   Ive been having a problem with my fuel pump staying on with ingition on or off  :? I drive 1983 mk 1 GTI 8)   Ive been told it could be the relay so ive took the relay out and the number is No 63! But i cant seem to find a replacement anywhere    If anybody could help me out would be really great  :wink:
