new looms?

does anyone sell new wiring looms for an 81 mk1 GTi? some cowboy electrician has got his hands on my golf before i bought it and, basically its rubbish.
most of the brown wires have melted together, the front lights and front end is mostly scotch locked together  and the rear lights are all bridged, the horn doesnt work, the indicators dont work, the handbrake light doesnt work on dash none of dash lights work. so it needs a new wiring loom, thing is im not technical enough to rewire a whole car i can do bits of wiring but not a whole loom, and i cant afford for an auto elecy to rewire the car. so can i buy a new loom thats like plug on jobby or something of that sorts, wiring diagram with connectors etc?
