Lots of problems!!!!
Sometimes my temperature gauge doesnt work! the needle doesnt move. The next time its fine
Usually the expansion tank warning light flashes continuously!!!!
The "computer display" that shows mpg etc comes on some times other times it doesnt
finally the relay for the fuel pump needs to be fiddled with to get the pump going sometimes and seems to get quite hot! also the fuse board around it seems a little melted from the last rely.
Could there be a common problem for some of these issues?
HELP?????

Does your repeter light for the indicators work? Mine was intermittent and think it contributed to the fault some how. It ended up being a knackered connection on the ribbon that plugs in to the clocks in the dash.
The next obvious one is to replace the flasher relay see if that makes a differnce.
As for your fuel relay if you've already tried a new one then there's got to be a short somewhere, have a look at the cabling to see if its chaffed anywhere, that would maybe cause your scorching around the contacts.

when I turn on the hazards I get a solid green light. If the hazard light is off the indicators work fine.
I have checked fuse 12 and 19 also and both are fine.
All I can think of is a bad connection somewhere
____
I am having a lot of trouble with the temperature gauge also. Could this be relay 43? has anyone any experience with this?
_____
Does anyone know what relay 57 is???? I have on on the top of my fuse box to the right.
