K-jet Wiring query

Hi,

A bit of background before I put the question out there, I bought a 1988 Vw Golf Gti (confirmed by chassis no/log book) which contained a carb engine that the  previous owner had fitted for some unknown reason. I decided to put the car back to how it should be and sourced a complete K-jet engine, gearbox with all auxcilaries, fuel pump and accumulator as this to had been removed by the previous owner.

The engine and auxcilaries are now in however Im having problems working out which wires go where. The previous owner has cut the connections from the loom and added wires to connect to the carb system. I have now removed these and am left with the original wiring.

Could some one help in telling me which colour wires go to the ISV, Warm up regulator, Cold Start Valve, thermo switch and the other two switches on the same flange, believe they are temp senders. Also there is a connector on top of the inlet manifold and a connector on the air box which im unsure what there called?

I may have missed some switches/sender :?

any help would be appreciated

i have a 16v wiring diagram, its not 100% the same for an 8v as you can probablyy guess but all the important wires you need are covered i.e. cold start system, wur etc.  only thing not on there is the AAV, but this just has a fuel pump power feed same as the WUR so you can use the same fusebox pin:
