Instrument repair

Hi Guys i have a 1983 Campaign golf with VDO intrument and i am having some trouble with my speedo mileage recorder and my MPG gauge any pointers to good repairers or do you know any suggestions to repairing the problem? thanks

What types of problems are you having? Is it working sometimes?
