Indicators ticking too fast

Any ideas what I can do to slow the rate of the drivers side indicator its over 120 times a minute so no good for mot.
The passenger side is slower and under the limit. The hazards are slower again, probably at the normal rate. How could I go about either making them all the same, or just slowing the drivers side one down to under 120 flashes a minute. New Relay maybe??

Any help would be great want to get it motd.

Look at the connections, mine was ticking like mad and turned out to be one of the connectors just behind the headlight for the indicators had come slightly loose!

I'm pretty sure it's relay 19 as I had the same problem just the other week.
