Indicators light on but no blinking

So,
       when i put my indicator on either left or right the light on the dash comes on but there is no blink and the exterial lights are not on at all. Any1 know of any ways to solve this?

Check for blown fuzes ,try another flasher relay , try a 4 way flasher switch .
