indicator/hazard issues

Hey guys, I've trawled tonnes of topics and I can't seem to rectify this problem at all.

Relay tested - functional
New fuse box
Hazard switch tested - functional

When I switch hazards on or indicate left or right the relay begins to click as expected and at the correct interval, but after two clicks it blows the hazard fuse and the indicator fuse simultaneously.

Any ideas?

Im thinking along the lines of a short somewhere? But I don't know where to start..

take all the bulbs out and try aghain. if it stops blowing put them back in 1 at a time. also look at the bulbs and holders to ensure they're in good condition before you put them in. look at all the wiring too while you're there
