Idle Stabilisation controller

Hi Guys and Girls

I am putting a GU engine in my mk1 Cabby, I have got the TCI control unit and notice on my wiring diagram there is a idle stabilisation controller where would this be located and what does it look like or is this built into the dizzy?????
Seriously dont do electrics

the GU carby didnt have one of these, all idle control was done by the carb itself using complex valves and vac hoses. unless you're using your old managment, if so what is it?
