How do you adjust the height of the headlights?

Not sure if this should be here or in bodywork. Anyway, as it says, OS headlight is pointing too up [technical term], is it easy to adjust? Do I need any special tools?

Just a Phillips screwdriver !!
There are two adjusting screws around the headlight from the front, one does the up and down and the other the left to right
