Help mk1 g60 conversion no spark or fuel pump

I have followed the Paul h guide and the conversion is complete, the fuel pump doesn't prime however the relay clicks (the voltmeter shows about 1.8 volts going through to the fuel pump) also there is the same voltage showing at the fuel rail.
the black wire to the coil shows 12v and the thick green wire forms the circuit to this however when you check the coil there are no sparks on turnover, I have replaced the coil. I have checked the voltage to all the earths and they form a 12v circuit when checked to their corresponding live. I have checked the power and earths to the g60 ecu and they are all showing the correct voltages.

When you turn the ignition, the battery light stays on any help would be hugely appreciated, or if anyone is the Watford area and knows about this I am happy to sort out a few beers for some help :-)

I have checked all they are all new I also checked the voltage across the hall sender plug and it's 12v then under cranking of the engine drops to 8v

I have noticed that the yellow and black wire from the ISV is split would this cause the problem and if so where does it connect too, does it go to the main switched ECU power yellow and black wire?

try another relay, you want 67, 80 or 167 from mk2 digi/16v or any mk3 petrol. if that doesnt help put a 17/18 relay in the socket and see if that brings pump on with ignition. if it does pump and wiring is good, probably the d/13 switched earth at fault or ecu isnt powering up

the black/yellow wire is ignition live, factory yes it goes to ecu switched live wire

hi thanks rub had an auto electrician come round today and check all the wiring the pulses to the hall sender and fuel rail etc., everything i did is fine all the earths are good so he believes i have bought a faulty ecu as he checked all the wires to the ecu and the whole fuse box as well.

Well i sent my ecu of to automatec in Plymouth to check it out and apparently its fine so now i am completely stumped as where to look for the fault, if anyone has any idead they would be greatly appreciatted

you can check coil and hall sender if you drop a k-jet tci unit and loom in there, just to see if it'll spark when cranking. if it does hall sender, coil, cap and arm are all fine.

the g60 ecu has the tci unit built inside it this might have gone i suppose

Hi again rub, The electrician checked that the hall sender was pulsing etc. and he thought it was a problem with the ecu as all the wiring was fine the only wire he didn't check was the red green wire to the starter cranking wire so i reckon it must be that the ECU is not powering up, as if you bridge the fuel relay hey presto the injectors and fuel pump work and all the pulses to the ignition coil etc are already there.

I am almost tempted to take the whole loom apart again :-(. I hate electrics lol
