Headlight converters for euro to Rhd : Urgent :(

Hey guys,
   Car failed its MOT at the start of the week due to "no obvious beam patter" he said they just splay out light everywhere (its passed before with them but i guess hes changed his mind this year haha) anyway the lights are crystal crosshairs and from what i read they are no use for an MOT due to them being Eu and not UK spec.I bought a new set of lights but theyve still not arrived and its due in tomorrow. Does anyone have a pic of where i need to fit the headlight converters on my crosshairs so i can get it through? Spent ages looking online but i cant find much of use.

Nb: ive found a post that says these same lights passed an MOT?Is adjusting them likely to change the beam pattern or is it the usual case of one rule for one tester etc.?

Btw not sure if mines have the knob on the back to convert, i doubt it though,going to check when i get in. Theyre after marker clear cross hairs so no marking on the glass, think its the reflector thats got the moulding.

OK seems a quesion i need to ask, how do i tell if they are ment for lhd or right hand drive?I bought them years ago on ebay so no real way to check.....

Beam benders will not create a pattern they just stop you blinding drivers by stopping the beam shining into oncoming drivers eyes. Silly question but why book it back in for an mot if you have not done the work.
