Front bumper wire - HELP!

Hi guys,

I've recently had my Golf re-sprayed, and I've since noticed the following wire hanging down from the front bumper, driver's side. Any idea what it is?! Everything seems to be working OK, so I'm baffled.

Looks like your MFA outside temperature sensor, which will clip into the reverse side of your bumper
