fluctuating lighting

hello new here!…i've got 88 clipper,when the lights are on thay
seem to fluctuate or "pulse" when the engine is reving ,it seem ok
on tickover,but not when reving/driving,when the stereo on the display
on that to fluctuate's with the lighting………….voltage regulator?? :dontknow:

A change of alternator is required  :cry:
