electrical problem

i have a 1991 sportline cab…   got up for work and started her up fine…tried the wipers nothing, tried the main driving lights nothing, tried the fan blower nothing,  the haynes manual points to a J59 relay which which is energised from the ignition barrel…     but does anybody know where this relay is..or what it looks like

If its anything like my '89 clipper the relays are on the fuse panel in the passenger footwell (under the dash).  It should look like the pic in this link

The relays are in the square boxes and the appropriate one should be labelled with J59 (I think)

I just lean over and clout all the relays until one clicks and everything works again.
