Electric windows

Hi everyone new to this. I have a 92 clipper & the electrics have a mind of their own ever time you open the passenger door the window goes down witch is quite a unique feature but the last few times its done it, it won't go back up as it keeps blowing the fuse!! Any help or advice much appreciated cheers  :dontknow:

take the door card off and look at the inside of the door check strap. my bet is the plastic cover is missing and the wires are getting trapped in it! random but mine had exactly the same issue

mk2 golf ones fit, you need to loosen the 2 mounting bolts first then slip the plastic cover on so the base of it goes between the strap and the door skin if that makes sense, then do it up again. that way the cover cant fall off again
