Electric window fitting????

Aw Right guys,

Just bought an '83 GTi this week, the guy i bought it from has tried to install electric windows (from a rocco i think). The wires are in but are not connected to a relay or switches. Anyone know which relay i need to wire up and how to do this?

Also, he ripped out the alarm system with the intention of rewiring it in, never got round to it, so the central locking doesnt work and the car has de-locked handles  . Anyone know where i can get a cheap c/l kit??
