electric hood wont work

My electric hood stopped working so i released the fluid on the pump and do it manually, but summers coming and i want it to work again! (show off) any suggestions?

Is power getting as far as the motor?

I dont know. how can i check this?

you need to bring your car to me or pete so we can have a play.

There wasn't a problem until I accidentally flattened the battery, charged it back up and hey presto the roof and stereo don't work… I've checked and changed fuses  but no joy…

Pump looks fine, I think the problem must be electrical but would a relay have gone and would the roof and stereo be on the same one?

Any ideas? Where do you and Pete live? You'd be welcome to have a play with it!
