Elec window mechanism - which lube?

I need to lubricate the 'runners' that my electric windows go up and down on on my cabriolet - one judders and the other one seizes up in winter. What should I use? Some kind of grease, WD40?? :dontknow:

Then light oil ……….3 in 1 type .
