Dashfire update

Evening,

Well after my little scare i spent a goof few hours today completely stripping out the dash and interior of my car to find what caught light.

You guys were spot on it was the headlight switch, that started it all off, but the wiring in my car is generally shocking and even dangerous.



On the postive side after 5 hours of rewiring i have finally got my reversing lights working and the horn now works as it should. I reckon going to take another couple of weeks though to finish the whole car safely.

Wow….that is quite a mess.   I was lucky that only the blue/grey wire got toasted.  None of the others' insulation was compromised.

Glad you are back on the path to a recovery.
