Dash indicaor light

I noticed the other day while driving at night that the indicator light on the dash doesn't go fully out. You cant see it in the day unless you hold your hand over it to shade it from the light. The indicators all work fine and the light lights up fully when flashing, just doesnt go out.

Why?

Change the flasher relay for the correct Hella item
