can anyone help?

i have a 89 cab and the cigarette lighter seems to have blown something and now the radio, interior light, clock and lighter wont work???  have checked fuses 21 & 22 and any others i can find and am stuck????  anyone have any idea what or where the prob is?  :cry:

Fuse 3 is the one for those items

The two you checked are for low beam left and right

thank you sooooooo much, problem fixed!!!  the diagram i have for the fuse board is totally different!!!
