cable junction

anyone have any idea what the cable juction is above the fusebox .it has a few brown wires going to it with spade type connections

Earth block friend .

thanks bud taught the earth is black ,electrician myself so didnt think an earth would be brown as its live in 230v thanks again

Think I'm correct in saying that VW use the german standard colours and black=+12v !!! Goes against all school boy physics lessons where red=+ve and black -ve.

black is normally ignition live, for the coil so live with ign and cranking. cant have all +ve wires red can we, would make diagnosing problems a bit difficult
