brake light prob

Hi,

While driving when ever i switch on the left indicator then apply the brake pedal the left side headlamp flashes and glows. While at the rear the brake light flashes/glows with the rear indicator. The things i have checked are listed below.

Checked Fuses
Replaced the Relay + fusebox
Checked the Earth Connections
Cleaned up the connectors
Replaced the stop light switch

Can anyone else suggest any other troubleshooting tips to try?

sounds like a definite earthing problem i had a similar thing happening to my car a while ago, checked all my earthing points, behind fuse box for leaks, all wires for breaks and nothing seemed wrong i eventually found the problem to be on the rear light clusters, the brake light bulbs require bulbs with two pins on the bottom in one of them i had a single pin bulb in, quick change of bulbs problem sorted.

I tried the changing the brake bulbs around to see if that helped, but it was still the same. Then i noticed a loose wire with in one of the crimped spade connectors which connects into the rear lights.

So nows its all sorted 8) …it all ways ends up being the small things.

sounds jus like mine cause aswell as the wrong bulbs i also noticed a loose wire into 1 of the clusters
