alarm

Hi all i have a clifford alarm/imboliser fitted but can't get it to unset/set i've tried changing the battery but no joy can anyone help???? please

If its old rip it out .

not sure how old it is or how to rip it out? do i justcut the wires to box or wot? :dontknow:
