1992 1.3 into 1983 mk1 shell

hi there my names simon and i have an 1983 X reg mk1, i have jus put a 1.3 out of a 1992 mk 2 H reg. i have owned the car for the last 7 years and have only driven it once to get it home back in 05'!!!!! now its time for it to see the open road again :redfaced: ,. im using the mk1 wiring loom which needs slightly modifying and i need to find out the colour wires that connect to the water temperature sensor and also the colour wires to the coil, and i also need to know if i can use a mk1 ignition coil on the mk2 engine?
if anyone could help me it would save me alot of headache and time (cant figure wiring diagrams they just dont register lol) and any help would be appreciated

Temp wire is yellow/ red and coil I think is green. You can use the coil as long  as it's for an electronic ign
