1990 Cabriolet Rear Speaker Size???

Hi all

I want to replace the speakers in my 1990 cabriolet. I know the fronts are 6 x 4's but wondered if anyone knew what size the rear speakers are? I haven't had a chance to take the panel off yet and was going to try and get the new speakers tomorrow.

Any help much appreciated.

6 x 4 for the back, later cabs are 13cm speakers up front arnt they?

I took my damaged speaker to the VW dealers & a local shop & was told that these are no longer available & modern day replacements have 4 lugs whereas mine/ours has only 2. Any ideas where I could get hold of a pair that I can slot straight in? Cheers, Chris

I had 4 x 4 in the back of mine after buying 6 x 4 as I had looked at the site and done a lot of reading strange !!!!!!!!!!
