Looking for some steels and hubcaps!

The left, rear steel with the chrome hub cap - what is it?!?! I can't find them anywhere, so thought I'd ask you guys. Even something similar with the same/similar bolt pattern would be nice.

I think it's the standard 13" wheels that have been banded to widen them.
The hub cap appears to be a standard 'baby moon' cap that's had the VW emblem stamped into it. Probably using a drift or something similar.
Or it may be a van or beetle hub cap?

I thought it was at first, but the wheel in question doesn't seem to have any of the holes like the original steels, unless they're being covered up by a black band on the outside of the hub? I don't know haha!
