Wiper spindle spacers

Has anyone got the spacers that go on the front wiper mechanism spindles beneath the scuttle pan?

Paul thank you for taking the time to photograph those, can I confirm that theses spacers go on the spindles beneath the scuttle panel ? I bought the car already stripped and the wiper mechanism doesn't have anything on the spindles so at a bit of a loss as to what goes there. A mate said there should be some metal spacers with internal ridge to slot onto the spindles and then another plastic one on top of the scuttle panel before the wiper arm goes on. Have you any idea please and which ones are shown? Have I got it wrong?

I haven't got anything on the spindles whatsoever, just the motor and mechanism, I've checked all the boxes of bits and bobs that came with the car but nothing is there.
