Some alloys or steels

Must be clean, with or without tyres, preferably with legal tyres tho as I'm trying to get it mot ready with minimal spend 3-400 pounds?? Love to spend less. 

I'm open to a lot of alloys, but would prefer something oem looking. 

I'm south ox29. Will travel, but not the end of the rock, would love courier happy people.
