Mutliple parts needed for restoration/engine conversion.

Hello everyone,

I quite new on joining this forum, so forgive me. I have a 1979 tin top MK1 5 door, it's not a GTI, has single clock dashboard.

I have a few parts a need as it is basically a rolling shell at the moment, but will be doing a 1.8 20v turbo conversion on it.

To do this I will need the following parts, if anyone has any of these parts kicking about from breaking any cars, or is breaking any and will have them, or knows where I can get them please help me out it would be very much appreciated.

mk1 cabriolet gti complete wiring loom, with all the switches and stalks etc
mk1 cabriolet gti dashboard and clocks
mk1 gti tin top fuel tank and pump (I think I can get these from www.vwheritage.com but I am unsure the exact ones.)
mk1 gti steering rack

EPYTEC 1.8t engine mount
EPYTEC cable change gearbox mounts
EPYTEC mk1 280mm caliper breackets

G60 discs 280mm

mk3 gti(early) 280mm calipers

mk2 golf 1.3 speed cable.

If anyone can help me out it'd be very much appreciated, thanks.

Hi,

Is your loom and switches complete, it's all there? from a cabiro mk1? Also where are you located, and how much for it?

Josh Barber I have a brand new tank for injection or diesel made by klokkerholm for sale if you are interested. I'm not 100% but I think and external swirl pot is required for these tanks as they are not baffled.
