Gear Selector Boot and Cap

Hi All.

I'm looking for both bits as circled in the below pic. I don't mind them being a bit worn but they must not have any splits or cracks.

Some breakers must have some. They look and feel very fragile though. So maybe there isn't many unsplit ones around. Have you tried some like hibbs on here he normally has a few mk1s he's breaking

Yep agree they seem to be rare as, they do turn up on ebay occasionally, got mine there from GPC luton via ebay, he is a good source for parts, might be worth a phone call, couldn't get the cap though so had to improvise with an aluminium lid the same diameter, when sprayed up you wouldn't know the difference.

I thought the boots you could get easily now - it's the cap that I thought was the rare part - I'm in need of one too!
