1.6 gti engine wanted eg code

anyone got or know of a 1.6 engine eg code for sale. i need bottom end but dont mind buying complete engine

yes i have a 1981 1.6 gti  . i bought it as a non runner, the head as been skimmed and valves done but it wont start,everything turns, fuel comming through, spark, but no compression on 1 and 4 , 2 and 4  only have 60, been told it might need bottom end so looking at another engine, i still want to keep my original engine so i can have a full rebuild and engine bay detailed but i would have to save up to get all that done so thats why i was thinking of getting another engine dropped in until i can afford to get that done
