I do have one here, but its a bit, erm, manky. I'll see if i can find it……….

Yep, I've looked on all the aforementioned sites but nothing to original spec. The original has a raised edge to it that would be difficult to replicate to look original.

I have a piece fitted at the mo that has been covered in vinyl but it looks naff!

I'm not too bothered about OEM pricision so if you'd like mine I can buy a new one, say £20 plus post? Just so I'm not to far out of pocket
