Mk1 tintop without engine

I'm looking for my next project.
I've always loved the mk1's and after gettin the mini bug out of my system I'm ready to build a mk1. I'm looking for a tintop as bein bald I don't need to feel the wind in my hair!
Paintwork can be poor as I'll be painting it anyway, not worried about interior either.
I'd prefer something without an engine as I want to fit a gt tdi engine from a mk4 like I put in my 2k caddy last year.
Somewhere near the northwest would be nice if possible. 
Be nice to build instead of detailing vehicles every day
