1983 Mk1 GTI black tin top completely standard with no modifications. I've owned for last 4 years and before me was owned by husband & wife since 1989. 148k miles with MOTs to verify. It's certainly not concours but is certainly very useable and great fun - I've used as a weekend local run around.
