Description:

With a heavy heart I've decided that I'm never going to get my golf done, so I've decided to let her go to someone who has time to do her.

She is an 82 1.5gl auto cabrio, needing a light restoration. I wouldn't say she would be finished in a weekend but working hard you could have her on the road within a month. She needs a new roof as all cabrios seem too. She also needs a drivers seat, unless you could repair it? Also needs afew patches on the sills and would benefit from a paint job, which I planned on doing as I'm not overly keen on the colour…

The good points are that the little 1.5 engine runs sweet and after sitting for 6 months still starts without hesitation. Also the gearbox selects drive and reverse and although I've only moved her up and down my driveway, she seems fine. She doesn't seem to need much welding considering she's been sitting, only afew patches on sills. Comes with two brand new front springs in their boxes, and some spare headlamps and tail lamps in the boot. Has a silver tonneau cover. she's a small bumper as she's an early car. I'd love to see someone make a nice car from her I'm looking for £650 ONO.
