had this car over a year and I was planning on keeping it for the long term, but I need to save for a house and so I’ll have to sell the car. At first I needed a bigger family can but iv since picked one up and there’s no room for my toy…..until I get a house with a garage then I’ll be buying another..
It's got pretty good service history and has had some recent work carried out,new rad,new rear brake drums,wheel bearings,handbrake cable,in and out cv boots,coil ignition mod all in 2012.

In the last 12 months I changed the rubber mount carb sits on, distributor arm and cap,changed the ht leads, i changed air,oil filter,oil and plugs 2 weeks ago and still have receipt of parts.i changed the front and rear speakers to new pioneer ones,I got the same size as original so the doors and quarter is still intact.i changed the front seats to mk6 gti ones and i still have the original front 2 with all runners and slides intact, ( I picked up 2 others off eBay to cut up for the mk6 ones ) so they will slide straight back in. Electric roof is in working order, CD player links to iPhone with USB cable or aux so will charge device.still have original grill with the spots in ( I just prefer the clean look ) have a set of p-slot alloys iv sanded ready to paint I just haven't had time. Car has an immobiliser and new roof was fitted a few years ago so still perfect.paint is in good condition as are the bbs wheels.its had the fuel tank filler neck replaced and is in perfect condition also a new exhaust couple years back. I'm sure there's more I'm just forgetting not sure I’ll let the mk6 seats go they were an expensive buy..… I wrote this on my notes on the iPad and copied  and past in here so I can do the same again for other adds…thanks…..original seats are now back in
